I. Initiating App Maintenance
1.1) Users must ensure that their account has a minimum balance of 100 USDT before initiating a new set of maintenance tasks.
1.2) A minimum of 100 USDT is required to reset the counter for a new set of app maintenance tasks.
1.3) After completing all tasks for the day, users must apply for a full withdrawal and receive the withdrawal amount before requesting a reset of the account.
II. Withdrawal
2.1) If the withdrawal amount is 10,000 USDT or above, please contact our online
customer service for withdrawal.
1: The maximum withdrawal amount for VIP1 users
per transaction is 5,000 USDT.
2: The maximum withdrawal amount for VIP2 users
per transaction is 10,000 USDT.
3: The maximum withdrawal amount for VIP3 users
per transaction is 20,000 USDT.
2.2) Once the account has been reset, users need to complete a set of all app maintenance tasks before applying for withdrawal.
2.3) If you choose to give up or exit during the app maintenance process, you will not be able to apply for withdrawal or refund.
2.4) Withdrawal requests cannot be processed if not received from the user.
2.5) If your credit score is below 100%, you will not be able to apply for withdrawal. You need to restore your account credit score before applying for withdrawal.
2.6) If you have received your basic salary, you must confirm with customer service that you have received it and withdraw your basic salary before starting any tasks. If you do not have sufficient backup funds, you are prohibited from using the basic salary to start tasks. Please contact customer service to withdraw your basic salary before starting work. This will help avoid issues with task completion due to insufficient funds.
III. Funds
3.1) All funds will be securely stored in the user's account, and users can withdraw the full amount after completing all app maintenance tasks.
3.2) To prevent any loss of funds, all data is processed by the system without manual intervention.
3.3) The platform will assume full responsibility for any unexpected loss of funds.
IV. Account Security
4.1) Please refrain from disclosing your login password and security code to others. The platform bears no responsibility for any loss resulting from disclosure.
4.2) It is not advisable for users to set their birthday, ID number, or phone number as their security code or login password.
4.3) If you forget your login password or security code, please contact our online customer service to provide basic information for a reset.
V. Standard Applications
5.1) Platform earnings are divided into regular earnings and multiple earnings (6 times or more). Typically, users can receive 1-2 combination apps in a set of all app data.
5.2) VIP1 users will receive a commission of 0.4% for each standard app maintenance.
5.3) VIP1 users will receive over 2.4% commission for each maintenance of a combination app.
5.4) After each app maintenance is completed, funds and earnings will be returned to the user's account.
5.5) The system will randomly allocate app value to the user's account based on the real-time balance of the user's account.
VI. Combination Apps
6.1) Combination apps consist of 1-3 apps, and users may not necessarily receive all 3 apps. The system will randomly allocate standard apps, with a higher probability of users receiving 1-2 apps in a combination app.
6.2) Each app within a combination app will yield commissions over 6 times higher than regular apps.
6.3) Upon receiving a combination app, all funds will cease rolling. Funds will be returned to your account only after completing and submitting orders for each app within the combination.
6.4) The system will randomly distribute combination apps to users' accounts based on the real-time total balance of the user's account.
6.5) All apps are allocated randomly by the system. Once a combination app is assigned to a user, it cannot be canceled or skipped. Users must clear any negative balance from their account before submitting orders for combination apps and applying for withdrawal after completing a set of all tasks.
6.6) Users have a high probability of being allocated 1-2 combination apps in a set of tasks, and all users, regardless of VIP level, have an equal chance of receiving combination apps.
VII. Deposits
7.1) The amount of deposit is chosen by the user; we cannot decide the deposit amount for the user. We advise all users to select an appropriate amount based on their financial capability. Without sufficient funds prepared, please refrain from upgrading your account level blindly.
7.2) If users need to prepay a deposit when receiving combination apps, it is recommended to prepay according to the insufficient amount shown in the account.
7.3) Before making any prepayment, you must apply to the online customer service for details of the prepayment deposit and confirm the deposit details.
7.4) If a user deposits funds into the wrong USDT deposit address, the platform bears no responsibility for any losses.
VIII. Merchant Agreement
8.1) The platform schedules different apps for online and offline status during each time period. If an app remains unattended for an extended period, merchants will be unable to take it offline. This situation could tarnish the reputation of the app. Users are encouraged to complete maintenance for all apps promptly to facilitate withdrawals and avoid hindering merchant progress.
8.2) Merchants will provide deposit details for users to make deposits.
8.3) Any delays in completing app maintenance will result in losses for merchants and the overall process.
IX. Agent/User Responsibilities
9.1) Agents/users are required to complete maintenance for a set of all apps within 24 hours to ensure effective completion. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in the account being frozen (unless there are exceptional circumstances, in which case users should contact platform customer service to request an extension). Once the account is frozen, all funds within the account will cease to accumulate interest (a 30% thawing fee is required). If users request an extension, they may need to pay a 50% delay fee (full payment required before withdrawals are permitted).
9.2) Users must complete three sets of application maintenance tasks for five consecutive days to qualify for a base salary of $800.
9.3) The system randomly assigns combination apps to users. Users must fully understand the platform's rules and choose deposit amounts based on their financial situation. Upon being assigned a combination app, users may receive returns of over six times the amount deposited. However, users must clear/negate the negative balance of the combination app or make a deposit within 24 hours as stipulated. Failure to do so may negatively impact the reputation of the merchant app and affect the user's account credibility, for which they will be held responsible.
X. Invitations
10.1) Agents can invite other users using their own account's invitation code.
10.2) If the account has not completed maintenance for all apps, it cannot invite other users.
10.3) Referrers will receive an additional 20% of the referred user's total daily product rebate from the platform, excluding commissions.
